Recent Police Presence on the 1100 Block of Hannah

Police responded to a call on the 1100 block of Hannah this morning at approximately 10:50 am for a domestic disturbance related call.  From information received, one party was armed with a firearm, and it appeared that the incident evolved into a hostage/barricade situation.  Given the circumstances, there was a heavy police presence in the area of the 1100 block of Hannah because of the nature of the call.  Non-forcible entry was made into the residence with the aid of a family member, and it was learned that the incident was not bona fide.
