The Village of Maywood Police Department, Broadview Police Department, Hillside Police Department, Forest Park Police Department, Bellwood Police Department and Village of Westchester Police Department are teaming up for the 2023 Special Olympics- Law Enforcement Torch Run this year and we’d love your support.
We hope you can take a little time this Saturday morning, June 3rd to cheer on our local law enforcement agencies when they join together to run to raise money on behalf of Special Olympics Illinois, from Forest Park to the finish line in Hillside.
You can support our team by standing on the sidelines cheering the runners on (see the route here), or hand out water at one of the water stations. OR if you can’t make it you can donate cash/check or money order to Special Olympics Illinois at the event or drop off at the PD of your choice (in an envelope marked FOR SPECIAL OLYMPICS COMMITTEE)! We’ll also have designated folks collecting at the beginning of the event (gather time) and at the end in Westchester, at the finish line!
WE APPRECIATE IT ALL!
